Meet our dietitian, Lauren Seagriff, RD, LDN
Lauren Seagriff is a Registered Dietitian who has been in practice for 6 years. Her background includes working as an inpatient dietitian, and teaching at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics through Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about helping students meet their nutritional needs through dining services in a realistic, attainable way that fits their busy lifestyles and preferences. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes in her kitchen, and going on long walks with her husband and dog Hank!
